Auntie Zheng, the founder, had a simple idea: to let workers who leave early and return late, and people coming home on cold, windy nights, enjoy a hot bowl of handmade wontons made with real ingredients. On the wall, it says, “Life is about enjoying every bowl of wontons.” From a small lane to a shopping mall, Auntie Zheng has never sold just wontons, but a taste memory of Shanghai for a whole generation.
