Founder Auntie Zheng had a simple wish: to give people who leave early and come home late, and those returning on cold, snowy nights, a hot bowl of handmade wontons made with real ingredients. On the shop wall, it says, “Life is about enjoying every bowl of wontons.” From alley lanes to shopping malls, Auntie Zheng has never sold just wontons, but a taste memory of a city for a whole generation.
