About This Place
Columbia Circle is located at 1262 West Yan’an Road, Changning District. Its history dates back to the 1920s and 1930s, with three nearly century-old buildings, including Sun Ke Villa, the Columbia Country Club, the Navy Club and its affiliated swimming pool, as well as 11 converted industrial buildings and 5 newly built multi-storey buildings. In 2016, after an overall renovation, design, and operation by Shanghai Vanke, it became a new cultural landmark in Shanghai, as well as a 24/7 immersive and vibrant community and civic activity space integrating culture, entertainment, lifestyle, and offices, hosting performances, exhibitions, music festivals, theatre festivals, and other events.
