Founded in 1981, Shanghai Spring Travel Agency Co., Ltd. began as a 2-square-metre metal ticket booth on a Shanghai street and has grown into an integrated travel and aviation company covering tourism, aviation, hotels, conferences, and exhibitions. The company ranked first among China’s Top 100 Travel Agencies for many consecutive years, and was also the first travel agency in China to establish a wholly owned airline (Spring Airlines).
