About This Place
Laoluan Club is a lively, rock-inspired casual bar with a ten-year history, run by the founder of Yuyintang, Shanghai’s dedicated live music venue. Musically, we play everything from hardcore punk rock to Northern soul. Parties start with a few beers at the bar and grow into friends singing and dancing happily on the dance floor, with countless Laoluan Club event posters hanging from the ceiling as witnesses to it all. We serve proper, affordable drinks, have a classic table football table, and two retro arcade machines loaded with more than 1,000 classic Nintendo console and arcade games. You’ll look forward to seeing the bartenders serve you again and returning to a spiritual home. The atmosphere here is always friendly, and you can always meet people you like.
