About This Place
Shanghai Radio Art Centre is a cultural and creative space where art and technology come together. It was transformed by Shanghai People’s Radio Station from the original podium space of the Radio Building and is close to Yili Road Station on Metro Line 10. The indoor areas mainly include an internet audio and video content production and broadcasting centre, a radio all-media live broadcasting centre, and an immersive theatre, while the outdoor areas feature an open art plaza and a rooftop art garden. R·Space Immersive Theatre can accommodate 220 people seated or 300+ standing. It is China’s first immersive concert hall and can be used for high-level forums, brand launches, corporate annual meetings, immersive performances, and more.
