Located on the 3rd floor of No. 95 Beiyu Road, the venue covers approximately 450 square metres and can be used as a performance hall as well as a space for meetings and other events. Since opening, it has hosted year-end review meetings, art performances, lectures, cultural salons and other activities. Its facilities can support a range of arts and cultural activities.
